Senior Software Engineer on Cloudbeds’ Core AI Squad, responsible for designing, building, and operating customer-facing AI platform capabilities that power AI-powered product experiences across Cloudbeds. This production AI systems role focuses on agentic workflows, evaluation, and observability, and primarily uses Python while integrating with PHP and Java ecosystems. You will build and evolve agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, tool execution, state management, recovery paths, and evaluation hooks; integrate agents and LLM-powered workflows into production systems prioritizing reliability, low latency, scalability, and cost. You will own evaluation, tracing, observability, and quality feedback loops so the team can detect regressions and improve over time. You will write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and advocate for engineering best practices, test automation, and operational excellence.
