Kraymer Art is hiring a fully remote Affiliate Marketing Manager based in Portugal. You will own the affiliate and creator program end-to-end, from sourcing creators through tracking, payout, and reporting, and you will build the systems and relationships that turn a warm anime audience into a repeatable growth channel. You will work with the founder and marketing to convert creator content into affiliate, organic, and paid opportunities. Responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying anime, gaming, fashion, and lifestyle creators by brand fit, audience, engagement, and content quality; setting up and managing affiliate tracking in Social Snowball or a comparable tool (including creator programs, tracked links, discount codes, and onboarding); executing outreach, gifting, and creator agreements; building and maintaining the creator database, outreach templates, and performance reporting; turning strong creator content into affiliate, organic, and paid opportunities (including whitelisting into paid campaigns); and building a tiered ambassador or referral program where creators recruit other creators. Must-haves include proven affiliate marketing experience with a program you personally ran; hands-on experience with Social Snowball, UpPromote, Refersion, or a similar platform; creator or influencer marketing experience for an ecommerce brand; Shopify experience; genuine anime knowledge and familiarity with fandom communities; and written and spoken English at C2 level.
