IMPACT (Swell) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own Swell's end-to-end operating system for paid media programs. You will manage campaign lifecycles across active accounts, run the ClickUp workflow from planning to client approvals to launch, and coordinate kickoff details to identify gaps before they cause delays. You will lead internal review checkpoints, ensure assets are cleared before client delivery, and handle client communications and approvals. You will support recurring client calls, update agendas, capture decisions, and schedule next steps. You will manage the approval cycle, including design direction, revisions, and final proof, and set or reset client expectations when timelines slip with a revised plan attached. You will groom sprint capacity, flag capacity risks, and surface friction patterns to design and implement process changes. You will maintain and extend templates, ensure workflow integrity in ClickUp, and document the client communication model so it’s transferable. You will onboard new team members (employees and freelancers) and partner with the Ads Team Lead on team-level decisions, as well as with the Director of Agency Services on cross-team operations. This role operates within IMPACT’s EOS framework (scorecards, quarterly Rocks, Level 10 meetings) and an AI-forward operating model.
