JobMatcherSpeechify is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to help scale the iOS app and contribute to exciting projects as we grow our user base. We deliver text-to-speech products across iOS, Android, Mac, Chrome, and Web, serving millions of users and earning recognition such as Apple's Design Award for Inclusivity. This is a fully distributed role with no office, and you will join a product-focused team responsible for shipping production code and shaping the roadmap.

What you’ll do: - Lead key engineering and product decisions - Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app - Work within a dedicated product team - Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap - Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
Ideal candidate: - Experience building products that scale to large user bases - Track record from inception to traction - Customer obsession and a focus on delivering the best possible experience - Strong product thinking and the ability to support designers and internal teams - Ability to move quickly while making thoughtful trade-offs
Technical skills: - Swift and SwiftUI - Multithreading - CI/CD workflows, Fastlane - SOLID design principles - Git
