Microsoft is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to own, scale, and operationalize a growing portfolio of internal AI transformation solutions, workflow automations, operational tools, and business platforms within the Engineering, Enablement & Operations (EE&O) organization. This remote role in the United States partners with business stakeholders, solution builders, and technical owners to move capabilities from pilot projects into reliable, secure, and well-documented products. The role requires hands-on technical fluency, program leadership, architectural understanding, data flows, automation logic, and AI-enabled experiences. Responsibilities include owning operational continuity for internally developed tools and automations, managing solution backlogs, supporting technical maintenance, driving AI and automation improvements, partnering with engineers, solution builders, program managers, and planning teams to translate pain points into practical solution enhancements, strengthening production readiness, enabling adoption and feedback loops, incubating new capabilities, and embodying our culture and values.
