As a Senior Business Analyst, you will become part of a cross-functional development team delivering tomorrow’s experiences. The role focuses on a project with a global financial services provider delivering responsible credit to underbanked customers across international markets. You will join the Product Engine team; this cloud-native system manages the entire credit lifecycle. Built on a modern tech stack and cloud infrastructure, it supports hundreds of thousands of active credit card customers and is expanding to replace legacy systems for instalment loans across multiple markets. You will also work with the Customer Application, a key self-service mobile app used by hundreds of thousands of users, currently undergoing a modernization to improve scalability, performance and accessibility across the European footprint.
