Tekpoint is hiring a Business Developer / Sales Manager - Robotics to establish a qualified robotics sales pipeline and close initial projects in target industries such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, and service. The role spans from lead generation to deal closure, working closely with a Technical Sales Engineer to tailor solutions, demos, and pilots for customers.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Personal qualities:

Build and qualify target customer lists in logistics, manufacturing, retail, and service industries.
Create a structured sales pipeline for robotics solutions.
Develop a clear go-to-market approach for selected use cases.
Prioritize, track, and manage opportunities using KPIs.
Lead conversations with decision-makers; manage the full sales cycle from lead to deal; close first robotics projects and nurture long-term relationships.
Negotiate professionally and position technical solutions commercially.
Collaborate with Technical Sales to shape concepts, demos, and pilots; align customer requirements, business cases, and technical feasibility.
Derive repeatable sales approaches from successful customer projects.
3-8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in solution selling; proven track record of building pipeline and closing complex B2B deals.
Experience with complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders.
Strong network in relevant industries such as logistics, manufacturing, or retail is advantageous.
Fluent German and English.
Structured, KPI-driven, and results-oriented work style.
