Cast AI is a remote-first company specializing in cloud-native automation for Kubernetes. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the full commercial story for Kubernetes optimization, including the Node Autoscaler, Karpenter Enterprise Suite, and the Workload Autoscaler. This highly technical and strategic role requires translating complex Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging for platform engineers, DevOps and SRE leaders, FinOps teams, VPs of Engineering, and CTOs. You will act as the voice of the product in the market and the voice of the customer internally, driving messaging, launch discipline, and sales enablement that can be reused across deals rather than rebuilt deal by deal. You will work closely with Product, Content, Demand Gen, Customer Success, and Design, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.
