Responsibilities include overseeing strategic accounts, ensuring high-quality performance of PV activities, coordinating with regional PV management, managing project invoices, budgeting, and supporting bid defenses. Requirements include a life science degree, at least five years of pharmacovigilance experience with end-to-end case processing, oncology background preferred, mandatory Veeva Vault experience, fluent English, and strong knowledge of ICH and EU GVP modules. The candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills and be able to work independently or in a team. This is a remote role based in Croatia, with flexible working hours.
