About the role

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Poland with remote work options. You will lead a cross-functional development team delivering experiences of tomorrow for a global financial services provider that focuses on responsible credit to underbanked customers in international markets. The Customer Application, a mobile app serving over 800,000 users, is undergoing a technology refresh to a modern framework to improve scalability, performance, and accessibility across the organization’s European footprint.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day management of development squads; coordinate analysts, architects, testers, and developers
Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Track progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure delivery to scope, quality, and timelines
Lead roadmap delivery discussions and manage expectations across business and technology teams
Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks and standards; manage RAID logs and reporting
Identify delivery blockers and drive resolution

Requirements

Desirable:

Expert proficiency with Scrum and Kanban; strong JIRA experience
Stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication
Coaching, conflict resolution, and backlog prioritization
Experience producing Agile metrics, including DORA metrics
Understanding of solution architecture, system interactions, and cloud environments (AWS)
Familiarity with DevOps tooling (Azure) and the ability to interpret technical designs and constraints
Experience with Confluence and documentation
