This hybrid role requires residency in Florida and the ability to commute to UF Health locations as needed. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring leaders to define role expectations, build sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers through close. Responsibilities include leading intake meetings, creating and posting job ads, proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines, driving the interview process, maintaining accurate ATS records and compliance documentation, and supporting a structured interview process to improve hiring outcomes. Qualifications include at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, experience screening candidates across phone, virtual, and in-person formats, strong partnering skills with hiring leaders, excellent organization, and familiarity with hiring policies and compliance.
