You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define strategy, validate concepts through experimentation, and deliver intuitive, high-impact experiences. Responsibilities include owning the complete user experience for native apps, identifying opportunities where native capabilities provide unique value, leading discovery activities, creating scalable design systems, and ensuring technically feasible, accessible, and high-quality solutions in partnership with engineering. You will explore AI-powered tools to improve design workflows and drive innovation. Requirements: at least 5 years of experience designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android and a strong portfolio; deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns and best practices; proven ability to lead product discovery in ambiguity; strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making; excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience working cross-functionally in agile environments; practical experience using AI tools; based in Europe with legal right to work in a European country; fluent English; German is beneficial but not required.
