The IQ Grow team is focused on scaling high-impact go-to-market initiatives by combining AI agentic solutions with human-in-the-loop workflows to deliver personalized marketing experiences. As a Software Engineer II, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services (Java and Kotlin) and collaborate across the stack with frontend applications (React, GraphQL) and data stores (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB). You will ship features end-to-end, from design through rollout, and work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to drive impact. This role embraces AI-assisted development to improve velocity and contribute to a culture of innovation. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration two days per week in Dublin. You should have 2+ years of Kotlin/Java experience, be comfortable integrating with frontend work, and be excited about building with AI-enabled tools and LLM-based agents.
