The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities include promoting quality management principles, understanding stakeholder requirements, and ensuring compliance with the Technip Energies quality policy and ISO 9001; managing subcontractor interfaces, data gathering, investigations, and corrective actions to demonstrate compliance; leading QA planning and audits, developing QA plans and procedures, and tracking KPIs; coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to integrate quality requirements across all project phases; conducting risk assessments and failure mode analyses related to quality; leading quality inductions and investigations of quality failures; driving continuous improvement initiatives and Right First Time; and supporting the project through completion, handover, and commissioning.
