Red Badger is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Leeds, United Kingdom. This hybrid role blends entrepreneurial, startup thinking with the resources of global organisations to deliver fast, customer-focused digital products and services.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will initiate projects on solid footing, set a high bar for quality, and lead cross-functional teams to design, build and launch new digital products and services. You’ll act as the conduit between the Red Badger team and clients, co-create the product vision, own the backlog, and ensure the business strategy translates into measurable user value.

You will influence clients, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, rapidly develop domain knowledge in client industries, and help identify new opportunities. You will mentor junior team members and advocate for user-centred design, lean testing, and data-driven decision making. You’ll champion agile practices, drive continuous improvement, and help clients realise value quickly.
