RELEX is seeking a Senior IT Security Engineer to join our IT Security Operations team in Helsinki, Finland. You will be the technical backbone for security operations, focusing on the Microsoft security stack (Defender XDR, Sentinel, Intune, Entra ID, Purview) and Jamf to protect endpoints and identities. You will design and enforce Conditional Access and Zero Trust policies at enterprise scale, and turn every resolved security incident into a documented, automated playbook to advance a prevention-focused security posture. Requirements include hands-on experience with the Microsoft security stack, practical PowerShell and Graph API scripting for identity governance, and working knowledge of KQL for detection engineering and Secure Score reporting. You should be comfortable in a small, high-ownership team and applying AI tools to daily work within an organizational strategy. Fluent written and spoken English is required. Bonus points for experience with international teams and strong communication and organizational skills.
