Zanders Sporting Goods, a family-owned wholesale distributor with more than 60 years in business, is seeking a motivated team player to join the sales team as a Remote Sales Representative. The role will involve marketing company products, building relationships with customers, and exceeding customer expectations.
For the first twelve months, the Remote Sales Representative will receive a set hourly wage plus eligible commissions and sales spiffs. The starting wage varies based on experience and qualifications. Illinois minimum wage applies. After twelve months, the compensation plan transitions to a commission-based structure, including a base hourly rate of 9.80 per hour plus earned commissions, variable commissions, and spiffs; total pay varies with sales performance and applicable programs.
