The role will involve marketing company products, building relationships with customers, and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

For the first twelve months, the Remote Sales Representative will receive a set hourly wage plus eligible commissions and sales spiffs. The starting wage varies based on experience and qualifications. Illinois minimum wage applies. After twelve months, the compensation plan transitions to a commission-based structure, including a base hourly rate of 9.80 per hour plus earned commissions, variable commissions, and spiffs; total pay varies with sales performance and applicable programs. Market company products to existing customers
Identify potential customers
Listen to customers and anticipate their needs and expectations
Maintain knowledge of current product offerings
