DISCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderate-to-high complexity eDiscovery projects for clients from kickoff to closeout. The PM acts as the primary independent point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical hurdles and providing tactical guidance to Associate PMs to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. The role includes designing and implementing robust review workflows, overseeing standard database administration, and helping clients leverage advanced analytics and GenAI to drive efficient legal outcomes. You will develop strong client relationships, deliver clear status reports, and enable customers with targeted product functionality. Requirements include 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience, 3+ years of working knowledge with platforms such as DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, or Reveal, and 1+ year of experience in a consulting firm or litigation support group, plus 1+ year of experience with data collection and processing software. Preferred attributes include excellent client-facing communication, the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects, strong analytical thinking, adaptability to evolving legal technologies, and readiness to operate in an AI-driven legal tech culture.
