Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform that enables in-stream analytics for logs, metrics, traces, and security events, including APM, RUM, SIEM, and Kubernetes monitoring. We are seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to ensure the Coralogix APM product and related processes meet high quality and reliability standards, provide a competitive edge, and prevent failures and downtime. This role focuses on improving the customer experience by accelerating issue resolution, reducing engineering interruptions, and expanding the platform’s capabilities. Responsibilities include developing a robust knowledge base, identifying common usage issues, and delivering solutions that demonstrate the APM platform’s performance, pain points, and business use cases.

Key Responsibilities: - Improve customer satisfaction by shortening resolution times and working with engineering and technical account managers to help customers achieve their goals with the Metrics Platform. - Reduce engineering interruptions by enriching the roadmap, updating the knowledge base, and maintaining clear technical documentation within product constraints. - Improve product quality by building benchmarking tools, grooming the backlog, and ensuring availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of the APM Platform. - Improve product awareness by tracking APM market trends and developing new cross-engineering workflows that leverage the Coralogix Metrics Platform. - Communicate effectively to establish credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences.
