Join Protix as a Junior/Medior Sales Manager in the Netherlands. You will be part of the commercial team, developing your sales skills by managing and expanding client relationships, spotting commercial opportunities, and helping our customers succeed with our sustainable solutions. You will work closely with experienced Sales Managers and receive ample room to develop. From day one you will have responsibility and learn how you advise customers, prepare deals and build sustainable partnerships with a degree of independence.

Your ambition is to grow into an experienced Sales Manager and contribute to the growth of Protix and the insect industry.

Your responsibilities: - Manage and grow existing client relationships - Identify commercial opportunities and new market possibilities - Prepare client conversations, proposals and contracts - Actively follow up leads and commercial actions - Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to serve customers optimally - Contribute to account plans and commercial strategies - Map market developments and customer needs - Contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships - Support trade shows, events and client visits

Who are you? - You have an MBO-4 or HBO level education, preferably in Food, Agriculture or related - 0-5 years of experience (open to junior and medior profiles) - Commercial mindset and ability to spot opportunities - Curious, energetic and results-driven - Enjoy meeting people and building relationships - Eager to learn and continuously develop - Proficient in Dutch and English
