Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, expat work-permit, visa and residence support for Belgium, and guidance on relocation and administrative procedures; develop and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction; manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, changes, and offboarding); participate in HR projects to improve HR processes and operational efficiency; and support other HR initiatives as required. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; 5+ years HR experience in international or multicultural environments; strong talent sourcing and knowledge of Belgian employment practices; experience with Belgian work permits/visa processes preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English and Chinese (Dutch is a plus).
