We are seeking a part-time German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team and deliver outstanding service in German via phone, email and customer portals. The role is based in Budapest, Hungary and requires coordinating service requests and technician workloads.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and emails in German, providing professional support and timely responses.
Handle service requests via portals, ensuring timely logging and SLA compliance.
Enter and track requests in the internal CMS.
Schedule service visits and aftersales appointments, including night shifts.
Coordinate technician workloads for the next day.
Assign and log maintenance jobs accurately.
Monitor and update open cases in internal and client systems.
Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication.
Collaborate across shifts for smooth operations.
Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Validate proof of delivery documents.
Generate regular and ad-hoc customer reports.
Ideally 1–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or operations, but fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
Willing to work 20 hours
