Financial Data Analyst at Costello Medical is a role for a curious, commercially minded data professional who will join the Finance and Operations team to drive decision-making through data. This position goes beyond traditional reporting, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, and build scalable data solutions used by senior leaders.

Key responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities; defining, tracking and evolving KPIs and key financial metrics; communicating insights through clear data storytelling; designing and delivering engaging Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions; and supporting forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling with robust data-led insights.
