HarfangLab is a French cybersecurity scale-up that is building a unified platform powered by a lightweight agent and AI. Our portfolio includes EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform), ASM (Attack Surface Management), ITDR (Identity Threat Detection and Response), and Email Security, with Email Security joining the platform in 2026. We protect endpoints, servers, identities, and email environments, using advanced engines and models to identify abnormal behavior, generate security alerts, and block malicious activity. Founded in 2018, HarfangLab has grown to 140 employees and expanded across Europe, backed by €30 million in funding.
We are expanding our Customer Success team and are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of direct customers and partners in France, helping them achieve their objectives with HarfangLab’s solutions, and maximizing adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
