As a Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technical, strategic, or operational solutions, delivering analysis and insights across programs and helping shape how Rotork operates by supporting the design, documentation, optimisation, and governance of processes. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, defining data flows and system requirements, facilitating workshops, conducting gap analyses, and designing and implementing new processes and updates. You will collaborate with Global and Functional Process Owners, Product Owners, and project teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and the delivered change, and you will support training materials and change management activities. Qualifications include a degree in Business Analysis or related fields, experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments, proficiency with ERP deployment, and technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
