QIMA is seeking a mid-weight Brand Designer to strengthen and scale our brand across global marketing, communications, and commercial touchpoints. This is a hands-on design role focused on delivering high-quality day-to-day design while helping build practical systems, templates, and workflows that enable a growing international team to move faster and stay consistent. You will work across brand, digital, social, presentations, press materials, event assets, covers, image editing, and templates. You will partner with the Senior Brand Designer on more complex projects and will manage briefs directly with internal stakeholders, growing into a stronger role in intake, prioritization, and workflow improvement over time. The role requires clear asynchronous communication, cultural awareness, and professional English as you collaborate with teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Location: Madrid, Spain.
