SiGMA Group is seeking a Delivery Manager to support predictable and transparent delivery across Product and Development by maintaining delivery discipline, clear processes, accurate project status, and effective coordination between teams. The role focuses on execution, ensuring Jira remains accurate and up to date, tracking progress and dependencies, identifying blockers and risks, and ensuring agreed actions are followed through. The Delivery Manager works closely with Product Managers, Development teams, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to improve visibility and execution without taking ownership of product strategy, requirements, or prioritisation. The objective is to reduce operational friction, improve delivery transparency, and enable Product and Development to focus on their core responsibilities.
