DISCO is seeking an Associate Project Manager in London, United Kingdom to work with other DISCO Project Managers to deliver exceptional client service and support clients in using the DISCO platform for ediscovery and investigation needs. The Associate Project Manager completes billable tasks under Project Managers, manages direct client inquiries, and provides product feature assistance within the DISCO platform. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Your Impact: You will be a primary point of contact for multiple DISCO clients, influencing the client journey. You will provide feedback to the Product team and help enhance the product. You will collaborate with DISCO’s account teams to ensure customers have a positive and successful experience.
