Workflow Product Owner (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Workflow Product Owner to own our workflow platform end to end, make bold decisions, and ship AI-native automation that transforms how ecosio works.

You will thrive in a role where you can challenge existing processes, prototype quickly, and drive ideas through to company-wide adoption. You will take ambiguous workflow problems from insight to shipped solutions with measurable impact, prioritize features based on business value and user needs, and design intuitive interfaces for internal applications with AI workflows in mind. You will collaborate with teams to uncover high-leverage problems and turn them into clear product bets, conduct user training sessions, and create interactive documentation for enablement and adoption. You will analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities, adoption, and impact, and work daily with UI/UX designers and engineering teams to prototype, test, and ship high-impact tooling.
