Stevens, a strategic advisory and technology firm, is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager for an hourly contract to lead the day-to-day delivery of technical work across client engagements. You will join a Stevens delivery pod alongside engineers, architects, designers, and other specialists, translating priorities, requirements, and technical direction into clear engineering tickets and deliverables, and ensuring work progresses through the delivery lifecycle. This role is not a project manager or Scrum Master position; you should be technically fluent and comfortable working with senior engineers and architects to translate technical discussions into structured plans. Responsibilities include owning delivery for an assigned pod, breaking down complex initiatives into milestones and tasks, managing and refining backlogs, running planning sessions and standups, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking risks and blockers, and maintaining visibility of engagement status for Stevens leadership and client stakeholders. The position is remote within the United States and contract-based (1099).
