What You’ll Own - Full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy - Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, competitive hiring strategies, and interview structure - Manage job postings and hiring workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) - Conduct first-round interviews and present qualified candidates with clear, structured assessments - Drive structured, high-quality interview processes that improve hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill - Proactively source and engage top talent using our ATS and LinkedIn - Manage and evaluate external recruiting partners when necessary

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-touch experience - Lead interview scheduling across time zones with speed and precision - Represent and elevate Comfrt in every candidate interaction - Continuously improve assessment frameworks, interview guides, and candidate communications
