Talent Acquisition Manager Work Arrangement: On-site

Workhorse Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our talent acquisition function. This hands-on leadership role is designed for a recruiter who excels at identifying and attracting technical and professional talent while building scalable recruiting processes, systems, and strategies.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will initially operate as an individual contributor, personally managing difficult-to-fill searches across the organization with a focus on engineering, manufacturing, automotive/EV, technology, supply chain, operations, IT, leadership, and other salaried roles. As the organization grows, there is an opportunity to build, develop, and lead a Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, salaried, and leadership positions - Serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting highly skilled and difficult-to-fill talent - Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, technical requirements, team structure, and ideal candidate profiles - Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines of passive candidates - Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet technical and organizational expectations - Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle from outreach to offer and preboarding - Provide market intelligence on compensation, trends, and challenges - Develop strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and improve time-to-fill
