Fetch is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics for the Play business and the Rewarded Apps portfolio. This senior individual contributor role partners with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other stakeholders to shape how data, experimentation, and advanced analytics inform product strategy and long-term growth.

Responsibilities include setting the analytical direction for Play, identifying high-value questions, and leading complex analyses and modeling initiatives that influence product strategy, monetization, engagement, retention, and revenue. While this role has no direct reports, you will mentor analysts and data scientists, establish best practices, and raise the bar for analytical rigor across the organization.
