Ivory Pines Cleaning is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving the Triangle. This on-site role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and involves filming with our cleaning teams, capturing transformations, behind-the-scenes moments, interviewing employees, documenting company culture, and creating engaging content that helps attract customers and future team members.

What you will do - Content Creation: drive a continuous stream of high-quality, on-brand content; visit jobs to capture authentic content with our cleaning teams; plan, film, and edit short-form videos and photos; turn everyday moments into engaging content; capture before-and-after transformations, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, employee spotlights, educational cleaning tips, company events; collaborate with leadership for seasonal campaigns, promotions, hiring initiatives, giveaways. - Social Media Management: plan and manage a content calendar; edit and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok; write captions that reflect our brand voice; monitor comments and messages; track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

What we are looking for - Experience creating and editing engaging short-form video content; comfortable both behind the camera and on camera; strong storytelling and visual composition; reliable transportation and ability to travel to homes throughout the Triangle.
