Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across mobile advertising channels, with a primary focus on Meta app install campaigns. This role blends analytical rigor with creative experimentation to accelerate digital growth and maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities

Own the setup, execution, and optimization of Meta app install campaigns, including audience targeting, segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation.
Manage performance across additional channels such as Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and Google Play Console Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization strategies to improve acquisition costs and return on ad spend.
Manage tracking integrations across attribution and analytics platforms; ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
Implement and maintain conversion tracking, event configuration, and campaign measurement frameworks across multiple platforms.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative and copy teams to develop, test, and refine advertising concepts and landing page experiences.
Develop reporting dashboards, forecasts, and performance summaries to support strategic decision-making.
Stay current with advertising platform updates, privacy changes, and industry best practices, including SKAdNetwork and App Tracking Transparency.
