Replika is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join a small, fast-moving team that works directly with the CEO to turn ideas into shipped products in weeks. This is not a traditional corporate role; there is no layered hierarchy or rigid process, and you will work directly with the CEO, Dmytro Klochko, and a tiny team to bring product ideas to life. You will own features end-to-end, from concept to the user-facing surface, and you will be expected to challenge PRDs, weigh costs and benefits, and advocate for the user experience over technical purity. You will move fast when appropriate, but you will also slow down to think through complex problems. You will unblock others, ship features, and introduce new tools that improve the team's output. What we're looking for: you have shipped consumer products that reached real users, a track record of delivering complex features end-to-end, and possibly founding or early startup experience. You enjoy coding, agentic engineering to move fast, possess design intuition, think from first principles, and focus on delivering valuable features rather than being tech-for-tech's-sake. Fluent English is required. Bonus points for having been a founding engineer, having shipped consumer products with meaningful impact, or shipping without a spec.
