Speechify is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, architect, and build native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and, when needed, C++. You will define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development, ensure cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), drive accessibility work with APIs such as Microsoft UI Automation, and own features end-to-end from conception to release and maintenance. You will collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape UI/UX architecture and the long-term roadmap for the Windows platform, and you will lead architectural decisions, mentor other engineers, perform code reviews, and improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
