About the Role: We are building a Site Reliability Engineering practice and this role sits at the center of that effort. We run card issuing, payouts, FX, and stablecoin settlement across multiple AWS regions, under PCI DSS and financial regulation. The platform is growing quickly into new markets and products, and our infrastructure needs to grow with it. You will define reliability, set SLIs and SLOs, establish error budgets, and help engineers self-serve the platform rather than queue for work. This is a deeply hands-on senior individual contributor role. You will lead by example, elevating technical excellence through the systems you build, the standards you set, and the way you help engineers around you level up. The team is deliberately flat and distributed across time zones.
