This role owns one of exmox's highest-impact product domains end-to-end, shaping the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, promotions, and other levers that drive profitability. You will drive activation, retention, and long-term engagement through onboarding experiences, progression systems, streaks, quests, reactivation flows, and other lifecycle initiatives. You will identify growth opportunities from hypothesis to go/no-go decisions across product, market expansion, partnerships, and distribution. You will lead a rigorous experimentation process, defining hypotheses, designing statistically sound A/B tests, interpreting results, and making data-driven product decisions. You will partner with a dedicated Data Analyst to uncover opportunities and continuously improve performance. You will work with Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, Fraud, and Leadership to align priorities and deliver impactful product improvements. You will present the product domain directly to leadership using data and customer insights to influence strategic decisions.
