We are seeking a Senior Network and Security Engineer to lead service delivery and perform hands-on remediation of the most complex security-critical systems. You will own KPI/SLA governance, prioritization, risk sign-off, CAB representation, quality assurance, and mentorship for Engineers 1 and 2, while personally patching and hardening network and security infrastructure and leading complex server, virtualization, and cloud remediation. You will serve as the technical escalation point for onsite and offsite engineers and safeguard the integrity of customer KPIs.

Key responsibilities include owning the customer-aligned KPI framework (Patch Time, Coverage, Availability); validating KPI calculations and monthly reporting accuracy. You will provide prioritization sign-off and risk classification for high-impact and critical findings, advising remediation approaches to system owners. You will personally patch and harden security and network infrastructure—including next-generation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), NAC (Cisco ISE), IPS/IDS, routers, and switches—and lead complex server, virtualization, and cloud remediation. You will represent the service at the client's Change Advisory Board, enforce change governance, rollback rigor, and audit-ready evidence. You will run aging and exception governance—surface stale findings weekly and document owner delays and risk accept
