Multi-Property Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure. This is an on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, supporting Marriott International’s Aloft Hotels brand. The successful candidate will assist management in driving leisure sales across multiple properties, deliver exceptional guest service, and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including upselling and provisioning rewards or complimentary amenities where appropriate. You will process reservations, manage guest inquiries, and enter loyalty program information into the appropriate systems. You will assist in training and motivating team members, uphold brand standards, protect company assets, and maintain professional communications.
