CBD, a UAE-based banking institution with over 50 years of experience, invites applications for a Senior Product Owner to own the end-to-end lifecycle and delivery of Cards products and services across Digital Channels. The role requires defining the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that initiatives deliver maximum value and customer impact in line with the bank’s strategy. You will bring subject-matter expertise across cards products, including Visa schemes, card lifecycle management, and digital card servicing, and work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinate releases. As the primary product liaison to the development team, you will guide delivery while ensuring security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance across Mobile Banking, Online Banking and other channels. You will conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, collaborate with UX/UI designers and QA to uphold usability and quality, monitor performance metrics, and communicate progress and strategy to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Cards/Payments/Financial Services experience, deep Visa knowledge, platform experience with VisionPLUS, and a proven track record in Agile delivery. UAE or GCC banking experience and familiarity with the regional regulatory environment are preferred.
