Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Senior Manager of DevOps Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing DevOps team. This role oversees the infrastructure and services for Reltio’s cloud offerings, including MDM, RIQ, and RDM, across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a focus on reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

You will lead DevOps engineers, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with product managers, developers, InfoSec, and other stakeholders to align platform requirements. You will implement and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Helm Charts; provision and manage cloud resources; monitor performance; optimize CI/CD pipelines; drive automation to improve scalability, elasticity, and cost control; stay current with industry trends to adopt modern DevOps practices; work with security teams to embed security controls; document technical designs and configurations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8–10 years of DevOps engineering experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform; expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation; proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD); excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; proven track record of process improvements and DevOps best practices; knowledge of cloud security practices.
