About The Role

As a Senior JavaScript Engineer, you will join a team building foundation capabilities for managing partners, roles, and multi-store operations. As part of a recently formed team, you will help shape features and deliver value to customers within our expanding platform.

Responsibilities

• Planning and developing new engineer-facing products and features
• Building robust and scalable software components and services, including native mobile apps
• Optimizing applications to maximize speed and scalability
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
• Taking a flexible, proactive approach to your work

Requirements

Personal skills:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Extensive experience as a frontend developer using React (including React Native)
• Delivering high-quality software projects, using established best practices, and being able to implement mechanisms to ensure quality throughout its lifecycle
• Able to work independently and collaborate to solve complex problems
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
• Critical thinking and good communication skills
• Perform a broad range of complex technical or professional activities, in a variety of contexts
• Investigate, define and resolve complex issues
• Able to work in distributed cross-functional teams effectively
• Influence customers and team members on the project level
• Plan, schedule and monitor your own work competently
