JTL is a leading provider of e-commerce software in the German-speaking market. Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes thousands of orders daily and is closely integrated with our ERP system. We are modernizing the WMS with clearly defined interfaces, modern APIs, and new cloud services while ensuring ongoing operations are not disrupted. We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a team of six developers and two QA Engineers to work across frontend, desktop, and backend layers. You will build modern web applications with React and TypeScript, desktop applications with WPF, and backend services and APIs with C# and .NET; contribute to the gradual decoupling of the WMS from the ERP and shape future communication interfaces. Our development approach uses two‑week sprints, collaborative decision-making, and the daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. The role is remote-first within Germany, with the option to work remotely from eligible countries for up to 180 days per year, with Cologne, Germany as a base. Requirements include several years of Fullstack experience, strong C#/.NET (10+), React and TypeScript, WPF, REST and GraphQL, and SQL Server, and a focus on quality, automated testing, maintainability, and operating your own services. Fluency in English and very good German are expected. We offer a meal allowance of up to €115 net per month, support for setting up an ergonomic home office, regular team events, and pension benefits.
