You will own delivery from idea to execution across strategy, marketing, and design, define clear scopes, timelines, and priorities, and manage stakeholders to keep clients aligned and informed. You will identify risks early and balance quality, speed, and budget while supporting teams in making effective decisions and trade-offs. You will help create scalable ways of working and drive progress rather than merely tracking it. The ideal candidate has proven digital project management experience in an agency or consultancy and has led digital marketing projects (social media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEA, CRO, marketing automation, etc.). Strong planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to challenge clients and internal teams with calm under pressure and a pragmatic mindset. Fluent Dutch/Flemish and English are required, with French considered a major plus. Experience coaching junior project managers is a plus.
