Caspar Health is seeking a Senior Data / Product Analyst to act as the central bridge between business, product, and engineering teams. You will translate ambiguous requests into well-defined data models, design reusable domain models, define KPIs, and build decision-ready dashboards in Tableau to support critical business decisions. You will also design and pilot AI-powered workflows to streamline analysis and QA processes, while collaborating with stakeholders across product, sales, and operations. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar, strong SQL skills, experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake or dbt preferred), and proven data visualization capabilities. Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) is a plus. This is a remote-first position with an office in Berlin-Mitte available and up to 90 days per year outside Germany.
