Ciklum is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team in Ukraine on a full-time basis. We are a custom product engineering company delivering technology for multinational organizations and scaling startups, with a global team of experts. Responsibilities: - Architect the automated testing framework to evaluate AI prompt adherence and guardrails for voice and text interfaces. - Design validation strategies for migration projects and lead overall quality for transcription and intent recognition. - Understand our systems and guide developers on what levels of testing should be included in their development work. - Scope out and execute integration tests. - Contribute to release testing regression packs. - Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness. - Target the level of testing needed for projects at different stages of development. Requirements: - 5+ years of professional experience in QA Automation. - Experience writing and maintaining code in Java, whether automation or as a developer. - Experience with API testing. - Experience with testing IT support systems. - Experience with Event-Driven Architecture testing. - Nice to have Kubernetes, Docker. - Excellent knowledge of different testing methods, techniques, types, and methodologies. - Experience in creating or actively maintaining test documentation. - Coaching developers and working with other QEs to achieve results. - Experience in creating automation frameworks from scratch. - Understanding of different tools used for automation. - Experience with BDD, ATDD, or TDD a
