Senior Android Developer with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) expertise is sought to design and build a mobile application for a Transportation Management System (TMS) from scratch using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Jetpack Compose. You will help establish a new mobile team for this project, influencing the application architecture, development standards, and technical decisions from day one. The role involves integrating the app with API interfaces and logistics systems, and using LLMs and agentic solutions to support the software development lifecycle. Requirements include 5+ years of Android development with Kotlin Multiplatform, expert knowledge of the Android SDK, experience with Jetpack libraries and MVVM/Clean Architecture, and hands-on work with LLMs. English B2+ and Polish C1+ (or native) are required, along with eligibility to work in Poland. Nice to have: Jetpack Compose and Coroutines; knowledge of Google's Android UI design principles and patterns; Firebase configuration; API integration experience; and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Location: Remote in Poland.
